A number of clubs asked for a report of bookings where the member brought a guest in to the club. We are happy to release a report that gives you just that. Features:

  • Because prime time slots are more important, you can filter by row (time slot),
  • Because weekend slots are often different from week day ones, you can run it for week days, weekends or both,
  • Because seasons have different characteristics, you can select a start date and an end date,
  • Run the report by activity e.g. tennis, badminton or squash and
  • View the history of any reported booking with a guest.

Let us know if you find it useful.

“Could we have the option of sorting my member rather than by date? We review this report to charge the member’s account and it’s easier to count the number of guests that a member had in a month if it’s sorted by member.”

We’ve added a “Sort by” option to the report.

Very useful guest report feature, thanks. Is the edit i.e. book/edit working so we can cancel a guest fee because of a rain out or no show? This sometimes needs to be done after the court time has passed. Is it me just missing something. Regards G

      Hi Gordon,
Members cannot edit bookings after a court time has passed but Front Desk users and Club Managers can (with and without limits respectively). This is not related to the Guest report, it is a feature of the general set up at your club. Please ask a Club Manager to edit such bookings or ask the Manager to write to support@gigasports.com with the required changes to your settings. Club Managers can set a fixed number of minutes (or hours) for Front Desk users to edit old bookings.
